Shipping Schedule The shipping schedule refers to the date (or date range) which Hello, TOKYO BOPPER! is expected to ship out your order. It is not the expected time of arrival.
The shipping schedule will be calculated and displayed on the final confirmation screen before completing your checkout.
You can always check shipping schedules for existing orders by accessing your order history (login required).
Delivery Date The delivery date can be approximated by adding the shipping time to the above shipping schedule.
Please note that shipping time or duration will differ depending on the courier, destination country and other unforeseeable factors such as traffic conditions.
For items delivered using EMS please refer to their official delivery-time estimates.

You can cancel an order without any limitations from your Order History page as long as the order status has not yet reached Confirmed (Preparing for Shipment).

As a rule, you can no longer cancel an order once the status has changed to "Confirmed (Preparing for Shipment)" except in the following cases. (In such cases you can cancel the order by accessing it from your Order History page)

  1. When Hello, TOKYO BOPPER! cancels the whole order.

    Hello, TOKYO BOPPER! will send you an email message notifying you of the fact and all items in the order will be cancelled automatically. You do not need to take any action.

  2. When Hello, TOKYO BOPPER! initiates cancellation of some items in the order.

    In the event that your order is partially cancelled you will have the following options.

    • B-1: Cancel the whole order
      * Your order will be cancelled automatically if you do not respond within 48 after Hello, TOKYO BOPPER! notifies you of the cancellation.

    • B-2: Accept the partial cancellation and have the rest of the items shipped
      * Your order will be cancelled automatically if you do not respond within 48 after Hello, TOKYO BOPPER! notifies you of the cancellation.
      * Shipping costs may change as a result. If the order total increases you will need to pay the additional amount before you proceed.

  3. When Hello, TOKYO BOPPER! reschedules the shipping date.

    Hello, TOKYO BOPPER! may ask to reschedule the order if the original ship-out date can not be met. In such case you'll be given the following options.

    • C-1: Cancel the whole order
      * Your order will be cancelled automatically if you do not respond within 48 after Hello, TOKYO BOPPER! notifies you of the change in schedule.

    • C-2: Accept the changes to the schedule.
      * Your order will be cancelled automatically if you do not respond within 48 after Hello, TOKYO BOPPER! notifies you of the change in schedule.

    • C-3: Cancel the rescheduled products and ship the available ones.
      In this case only the delayed items will be cancelled and the rest of the items will be shipped out according to the original schedule.
      * Your order will be cancelled automatically if you do not respond within 48 after Hello, TOKYO BOPPER! notifies you of the change in schedule.
      * Shipping costs may change as a result. If the order total increases you will need to pay the additional amount before you proceed.

    • C-4: Split the order and ship the delayed items later.
      The original order will be seperated into two - a rescheduled order with the delayed items and the other with the rest of the items and the original ship-out date.
      * Your order will be cancelled automatically if you do not respond within 48 after Hello, TOKYO BOPPER! notifies you of the change in schedule.
      * Shipping costs may change as a result. If the order total increases you will need to pay the additional amount before you proceed.

  4. If more than 2 days have elapsed from the original ship-out date and the seller Hello, TOKYO BOPPER! still has not shipped your order.

    You may choose to cancel the whole order.
    * Ship out dates will be based on the time in Japan.

All notifications above are deemed to be "sent" the moment a procedure is executed in the system, and subsequent time limits are measured from that point on. Please note that it is assumed you are able to receive these notifications consistently and without fail. Issues associated with email delivery delays or bounced email will not be considered.

Product prices do not include import duties and other charges that may be levied by your country. Please understand that the customer is responsible for paying these fees before final delivery (if such fees are charged). We do not accept any cancellations arising from failure or refusal to pay such charges, so please make sure to consult your local customs website and understand what additional charges (if any) might be added to your order.

You will be refunded using the method of payment you used when placing the order (either Paypal or credit card).
However, if the Refundable Period has passed it is not possible to perform a refund, your payment will be sent using Paypal.

Summary

Requesting a Return Find your order on the Order History page and click on "Inquire About this Order". You will be directed to a contact form. Select "Inquire About This Order" again as your subject and let us know of your intent to make a return. This must be done within 7 days of receiving an ordered item (or within 30 days after shipment if the ordered item does not arrive).

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not applicable for returns whether it be Customer Liable Returns or Illegitimate Returns.

Returns or Replacements Due to Product Defects and Issues

Extra unordered items arrived with my product -

In case a product is to be refunded, the refund amount will be the price and shipping cost of the relevant item.

If a refund is requested, Jzool.com will carry out the refund within 14 days after Hello, TOKYO BOPPER! receives the returned item and confirms that the item does not fall under the definition of a Customer Liable Return. If a refund that is not accompanied by a product returns is requested, Jzool.com will carry out the refund within 14 days after the customer confirms (accepts the refund amount).

In case you desire a replacement, please return the original item only after Hello, TOKYO BOPPER! approves the replacement. We will inspect the returned items to see if they are eligible for returns. Only after we confirm that all the criteria for returns eligibility have been met we will ship the replacement item. Please note that it may take time to ship out a replacement depending on the stock situation. If a replacement is not available you will be refunded instead.

Customer Liable Returns

Returns made for reasons such as "I placed an order by mistake", "The product didn't meet my expectations", or "I no longer need this product" would fall under the category of a Customer Liable Return.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving an ordered item. Please note that no returns requests will be accepted after the Returnable Period.
Only unused and unopened products are eligible for returns (or refunds)
Cases where a product with import restrictions is stopped by customs will also fall under the category of 'Customer Liable Returns'. In such cases return requests can be filed up to 30 days after a product has been shipped.
The refund amount will be 90% of the Effective Product Price

*The actual shipping cost is calculated based on the Yen value of the shipping cost incurred if the returned item was shipped by itself (shipping cost is to be paid by the customer). The US$ value is calculated using Jzool.com's exchange rate.
Jzool.com will make the refund within 14 days after Hello, TOKYO BOPPER! receives the returned item and confirms that it meets the criteria to be eligible for returns.

Illegitimate Returns

Please note that returns that fall under one or more of the following cases will be processed as an 'Illegitimate Return'. In such cases you will be notified of the fact by email, after which you will have 30 days to request the item to be re-shipped to you. And in some cases you may be given the option to receive a partial refund. If you choose to have the item reshipped you will be asked to make an additional payment for shipping.
If you choose to be refunded, the amount will be 5% of the Effective Product Price. Jzool.com will process the refund within 14 days of your selection.
If you do not make a choice within 30 days of receiving this notification, or if you choose to re-ship but do not make the additional payment during that time, it will be assumed that you have relinquished your posession of and any rights to the item.

  • You have returned an item that is not eligible for returns.
  • If, upon inspecting the returned item, Hello, TOKYO BOPPER! deems that the item does not meet the criteria to be eligible for returns.
  • If components (including items such as the cushioning material for the product) are missing.
  • If the item is returned using a weak method of packaging in order to deliberately damage a product.
  • If you proceed to return an item before placing Returns Request.
  • If you porceed to return an item before Hello, TOKYO BOPPER! has accepted your Returns Request.
  • When a package (that has been correctly labeled according to your specification) is returned automatically by the courier due to an incorrect address, incorrect recipient or due to the recipient not being present to receive or claim the package.
  • When a packege is returned automatically due to recipient rejection (inlcluding the refusal to pay import taxes).
  • If you find that the size you bought does not fit you we can offer an exchange with a different size. However, this offer is valid for unused items only. Please note that the customer shall bear the cost of shipping required for both returning the unused item, and the reshipment of the replacement.

  • * Used items are non-returnable and can not be exchanged.

  • * You can request a returns (or exchange) up to 7 days after a product is initially delivered. We will not be able to accommodate any requests for returns (or exchanges) made after this limit, so please make all necessary requests within this time.

  • * We can not exchange with a size that's not listed on the size charts. Please check and confirm the sizes before purchase.
