• Product warranty is for one year after the date of purchase and is valid in Japan only. In case of product defects during that time you may send the product back to Japan for evaluation. Original warranty card must be attached and returns shipping will be paid by the customer.
• This product may take a week or more to ship after we receive the order.
• The format on Japanese camcorders is NTSC(The same as in the states). Other regions such as Europe use PAL. This does not affect viewing on PCs and most TVs and DVDs can playback both NTSC and Pal. However, you probably will not be able to directly plug in your camcorder to a PAL TV set to view NTSC footage. (Again, playback shouldn't be a problem for most TV sets but you should check first. Some old TV sets will not support NTSC even in playback.)
• The AC adapter for this product is 100-240V. The plug type will be Type A (which is the standard for many countries including the US and Japan. If your country has a different plug type you can purchase an adapter here.
