PURCHASE CONTRACT

When you place an order through Jzool.com, you will receive a message notifying you of the fact. However, the purchase is only considered conclusive when Jzool.com or the seller responsible for the ordered items (Seller) sends a message notifying you that the order has been "accepted".

Please note that Jzool.com reserves the right to decline or cancel orders that are found or suspected to be fraudulent or insincere in nature at any point.

TRANSACTIONS WITH SELLERS

All purchases you make on Jzool.com are considered to be direct transactions between you and the Seller. Except in cases where Jzool.com is the Seller, Jzool.com shall not be responsible for such transactions. Any issues or disputes associated with such transactions shall be resolved between you and the seller directly.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Policies governing refunds and returns differ with each Seller. Please make sure to read the respective policies of the Seller which you intend to buy from. In the event that a refund is approved by a particular seller, the refund will be made using the same payment method as when the item was purchased (either Paypal or credit card). There will be no interest on the refund.

TRANSFER OF TITLE

Title and risk of loss for all items purchased on this site pass to you when the Seller hands over the shipment to the carrier.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Jzool.com will strive to be as accurate as possible. However, Jzool.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
